Qualitex Supplies was incorporated in October 1990 in Aylesford, Kent by husband and wife Duncan and Carolyn Andrews,
as a wholesaler and distributor of bathroom products. 35 years on, the company remains privately owned with a strong
family feel, continued by the second generation and many long-serving and experienced members of staff. The founders
three children; Graeme, Scott and Olivia are now directing the exciting future of the exclusive QX Bathroom Products range
as Directors and Shareholders.
The QX Bathroom Brand has significantly increased in popularity during recent years with the introduction of a complete
bathroom concept of quality and design-led product ranges, with our Alpha, Genesis, Genesis Deluxe and Ascent brands
offering unbelievable value for money in a ‘Good, Better, Best’ product offering to cover all tastes and specific price
budgets.
The QX ethos to innovate and improve is always at the forefront of any brochure and this Spring launch is no different.
Following quickly on from the initial Dimora Bella launch, the new Civetta furniture, from our designers in Italy,
demonstrates the flair and attention to detail represented by European manufacturers across multiple markets. Available
in 3 colours, the ‘peak’ design, inspired by the local mountain ranges, reflect light and cast shadows, that gives a real depth
to the furniture.
Further improvements have been made to the traditional furniture too, with the introduction of the Harvard ‘thin edge’
door design, along with matching basin.
Black continues to be popular within brassware, and we have increased our offering to include many more towel rails to
match.
The introduction of the QX Flooring range, in conjunction with the new AquaGen Waterproof Wall Panelling, creates the
perfect backdrop for the installation of our QX Bathroom Products.
We are proud to offer a comprehensive ‘one stop shop’ for all bathroom projects. From floors to walls, and everything in
between, we can provide a product for every project and every budget.
With over £380m worth of sales since the company started, we are sure that our experience in product development and

1. Claims for shortages or non-delivery of goods must be made within 24-hours of receipt, otherwise claims cannot be entertained.
2. All products must be carefully checked prior to installation, as installation is considered as acceptance of quality, size, style and
specification.
3. In the event of a guarantee claim relating to the performance of the product, the liability of Qualitex is limited to replacing the product
supplied and does not extend to consequential loss or damage arising from a defective product or installation.
4. All prices and specification details are subject to change without prior notice. Photographic sets will sometimes include props and only
the items listed are included in the price quoted.
5. All orders are accepted subject to availability and all delivery dates are approximate. No liability for failure to supply can be accepted by
Qualitex Supplies or our Showrooms.
6. Qualitex guarantees to replace any faulty products free of charge within 12 months of purchase following inspection and with
presentation of proof of purchase (subject to terms)
7. All product guarantees are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale and requires installation by a suitably qualified installer in
accordance with the fitting instructions.
8. The product guarantee will be invalid if it has been modified, misused, neglected, wilfully or accidentally damaged or not maintained,
cleaned or cared for.
9. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable without agreement in writing.
10. Exclusions & conditions apply to most Lifetime Guarantees.
11. Bathroom furniture supplied by Qualitex Supplies Ltd, has a core material of wood and as such must be positioned at a reasonable
distance from water sources such as showers, baths, and other fixtures that may expose the furniture to prolonged or direct water
contact. This is to prevent potential water damage and ensure the longevity of the products. Whilst every effort is made to protect
against water damage, these products are water resistant and not waterproof. Failure to adhere to this guideline may void warranties
and limit liability for damage resulting from improper placement. Do not allow bathroom furniture to be subjected to direct contact with
liquids including water splashes without drying off the surface.
